Pete has over 17,000 hours of safety, health and environmental training to over 1,200 clients. He is a Certified Environmental Trainer (CET) specializing in Occupational Safety and Health; and Management and Transportation of Hazardous Materials, a Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM), an ANSI-RAB & IEMA accredited trainer for ISO 14001, Ohio Department of Health approved trainer for Lead Abatement (all disciplines) and Asbestos Abatement (Worker & Contractor/Supervisor). The University of Cincinnati, University of Findlay, and Kent State University, have named Peter to their faculties as an instructor for the Lead, Asbestos and ISO 14001.
Pete is a published author in the occupational field. His Lab Safety and Hygiene Program has been translated for publication in Japan.

Nancy M. Dell, President / Chief Financial Officer
As President of The Dell Group, Inc., Nancy looks after the financial health of the operation, long range strategic planning, staffing decisions and market penetration planning.
Vanessa L. Pellegrino, Senior Consultant, Trainer
Vanessa specializes in developing and implementing innovative safety programs, as well as, safety and environmental training. She is an Ohio Department of Health approved Lead Trainer. Vanessa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology at West Virginia University and a Masters Degree in Safety and Environmental Management also at West Virginia University.
With over 11 years of hands-on experience in the safety field, Vanessa is a valuable addition to our staff.
Raymond C. Davis, Senior Consultant, Trainer
Ray specializes in environmental, health and safety training program design and delivery to assist Environmental Managers. Ray is a Certified Environmental Trainer (CET), Certified Environmental Specialist (CES), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Registered Environmental Professional (REP), Certification in Environmental; Hazardous Materials Management (CEHMM). He is currently a Committee Member of the Academy of Certified Hazardous Materials Managers, a US delegate to The People's Republic of China Environmental Technology Delegation, and National Environmental Training Association's (NETA) member to US Technical Advisory Group (TAG) for ISO 14000.
Dan Shaughnessy, Trainer / Risk Assessor
Dan is a licensed Lead Abatement Contractor and Risk Assessor. He is an Ohio Department of Health approved Lead Abatement trainer and an U.S. Environmental Protection Agency approved Renovation, Repair and Painting trainer. Dan is a retired Lieutenant from the Akron Fire Department with over 25 years of service. He has supervised many lead abatement work projects over the years. He also has completed over 800 home inspections and has worked in the real estate business.
With over 30 years experience promoting safety through training and awareness, Dan is an essential and highly valued member of our organization.
Yelena Neyman, Lead Risk Assessor
Yelena is a Health Physics Specialist and a Licensed Lead Paint Risk Assessor. With a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the Odessa State University in Ukraine and having done an internship with NMA (Nuclear Medicine Association) as an assistant for surveying and safety inspection of medical x-ray equipment such as mammography, fluoroscopy and dental machines, Yelena comes highly qualified. With over 14 years experience in environmental health and safety compliance with an in-depth, practical knowledge
Donna Arndt, Corporate Treasurer
Donna has previously worked in the banking, manufacturing and agricultural industries. She has extensive experience in managing corporate accounting / computer systems. She coordinates our open enrollment training classes and manages our daily office operations.
