Peter M. Dell, Founder / President 
Pete has provided over 30,000 hours of safety, health and environmental training to over 1,500 clients. He is a Certified Environmental Trainer (CET) specializing in Occupational Safety and Health, Management and Transportation of Hazardous Materials, an ANSI-RAB & IEMA accredited Trainer for ISO 14000, and an Ohio Department of Health approved trainer for Lead Abatement (all disciplines) and a former Safety Management Specialist. The University of Cincinnati, University of Findlay, and Kent State University, have used Peter as an instructor for their ISO 14001, and Lead Abatement courses, respectively.

Pete is a published author in the occupational field. His Lab Safety and Hygiene Program has been translated for publication in Japan.

Dan Peders, Environmental Consultant
Dan has been an environmental consultant since 1988. He has been a licensed Asbestos Hazard Evaluation Specialist and has performed hundreds of residential / commercial structure inspections and bulk sample analysis for asbestos-containing materials. He has also designed and managed the environmental remediation and demolition of multiple structures throughout the area. Dan has been an Ohio Department of Health approved Asbestos trainer and has also taught various asbestos related courses over the years. Dan is a published author, a guest speaker and an expert witness in the field of asbestos. He is a Baldwin Wallace graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Geology.

With close to 30 years experience in the environmental field, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our organization.

Denver Dell, Consultant

Denver Dell has been with The Dell Group, Inc., since 2010.  Denver holds certifications for Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) training along with the new Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) training, HAZWOPER Incident Commander and Spill Response Technician Level, HAZWOPER 40 hr. site remediation, OSHA Asbestos Awareness, Bloodborne Pathogen, First Aid, CPR, Automated External Defibrillator (AED), NFPA 70E Electrical Safety and Electrical Safe Work Practices training, PPE, Hearing Conservation, Lock out/Tag out, and Confined Space entry /retrieval,.

He has been certified as an ODH Lead Paint Abatement Contractor and EPA Lead Certified Renovator, and he conducts hands-on Lead Paint abatement and Lead-Safe Renovation training.

Denver regularly consults with our clients on these and other OSHA topics, including recordkeeping and reporting. He facilitates client safety committee meetings and performs safety inspections for clients.

Denver works closely with our clients providing customized OSHA compliance Programs, EPA Air Permit Applications, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, Spill Prevention and Countermeasure Control Plans (SPCC), EPA Toxic Release Inventory and Community Right to Know reports.

Donna Stock, Corporate Treasurer
Donna has previously worked in the banking, manufacturing, agricultural and non-profit industries. She has extensive experience in managing corporate accounting / computer systems.  Donna coordinates our open enrollment training classes and manages our daily office operations.
